Do you have any other third party antivirus program installed on your PC?

I keep getting this error code when trying to download AVG Protection from AVG Zen. Can someone help me get this straighted out?

Thanks so much! I already tried removing all traces using the AVG Remover tool and then reinstalling with the same error.  However, I've been stymied by the Webroot product.  Will focus my attention on removing that third party product and then will re-remove and then reinstall AVG.  Hopefully that will bring success.  Again, thank you so much!

Thank you for your quick response. Please do not apologize! We request you to remove the Webroot SecureAnywhere as it might conflict with the AVG program. Also, please note that the TRIAL version of AVG program can be installed and used only once.
I would request you to uninstall AVG program traces (if any) using AVG Removal tool and then you can reinstall AVG program on your computer. Please click on the below link to run AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your AVG program from your PC .
Once you are done with the remover tool please try installing the AVG program by clicking the following link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection
