I've been trying to get my AVG running again - worked it almost through the repair option and keep getting this code. So I tried to uninstall but it won't do it … I have been using AVG Free for at least 8 years… never had this problem (or any) before

Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system? If so, please uninstall it and try to AVG Antivirus free.
