To get your issue fixed, we request you to run AVG remover tool and then install AVG Antivirus free offline installation back in your pc to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I had free AWG installed on my computer. I made a mistake and upgraded it to trial version.
When the trial version expired, I tried to uninstall the trial AVG version and install the free version. However the instalation failed.
Now I have also tried to remove the AVG with the AVG removal tool and install the zen free AVG - but it failed again.

I do not know how to continue and would really apreciate your help.
