I'm trying to install this and all I get is the following:

Error code: 0xC0070643
Description: Event exec_finished

I have no idea what else I am supposed to do now.

I have the same problems - I've uninstalled (using remover tool etc), and then reinstalled. I do not have any other anti virus software. Could you please provide me with the emailed instructios. I am running Windows 10 Home Edition, 64-bit. Thanks

I am having the same problem ie with the same error code on my ASUS windows 10. I have followed Avinash's steps but I still get the same error code. I hope Avinash can help with other solution. Thank you.
