Like so many others I too have this error code when trying to install AVG Ultimate (paid).
I used AVG Remove tool to clean computer of Free version, then restarted and deleted Folder on C drive created by AVG Remove. Then tried to install Ultimate again, same error.
Did everything once more, but before installing Ultimate I downloaded and ran CCleaner to clean the registry, after that installed Ultimate again, to no avail. Same error.
Running around in circles on 3 computers. All running Win10-Pro 64.
If there is no solution I'll go for a refund.
