Error code: 0xC0070652

Please follow the below trouble shooting steps to resolve your issue:
1. Make sure that no other installation is running on your computer. If you discover another installation is in progress, please wait for it to finish and retry the update later.
2. Press simultaneously Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard.
3. On the next screen, click on Task Manager.
4. In Task Manager, on Processes tab, look for an item called "Windows installer" or "msiexec.exe".

I'm getting the Error code: 0xC0070652 when I tried to reinstall my AVG Ultimate.  The reason why I tried to reinstall was because previously it was scanning and scanning without stopping. 
Before I tried to reinstall I used the AVG Remover. And when I installed the AVG Ultimate its giving me this error code. Please help.

  1. Left-click the "Windows installer" to select it and then click End task button in bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.
    6. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Click End task again.
    7. If there are more instances of "Windows installer" or "msiexec.exe" displayed in the Task Manager window, please repeat the steps 5 and 6 for all of them.
    8. Then restart your computer once and try to reinstall AVG Ultimate using this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_761.exe
