Hello Elaine,
We are sorry to know that you got error. Please be informed that, the PC Analyser is a one time use program. To get feature, you need to purchase AVG PC TuneUp. Once you have done a scan and fixed the errors using PC analyser, it cannot be used again to fix the programs. It can only detect the programs.

I'm having problems with my AVG I set it to scan and it 'stuck' (sorry I'm not very technically minded). I did pc analyser which found loads of problems. I tried to do a free pc tune up but got the above error code. Any ideas how to get it working again gratefully received.

I thought that TuneUp was available once for free, although, I don't recall having used it to date. Thank you for your prompt reply.
