This error code is appearing, and there is no apparent remedy for me as a user to fix. I get a yellow triangle in the AVG symbol in the tool tray. Following the link to the help site says no information is available?
This now makes both PC's in the house with unresolved AVG issue.

This issue can be solved by running AVG remover tool and reinstalling AVG program .

When you run AVG remover tool your computer might restart, after restart download your AVG Program from
www.AVG.com/download and reinstall it .

No, when I am trying to fix what AVG is telling me to do. I have not uninstalled yet. I get the message by:
1. Open AVG
2. Responding to the message that I am not fully protected (chosing Fix now) in orange
3. Viewing the pop up box that states: Could not finish the automatic state repair
4. Following the link provided to learn more
5. Viewing the resulting message on the web from AVG that no additional information is available
