Error Code 0xe0010013 and 0xe001003d

We regret for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue we suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Before restarting your computer, we suggest you to 'run' Reset Access tool by downloading from http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 ('Installation' tab). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After restarting your computer, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then install AVG Antivirus Free by clicking on http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_Free_692.exe .Thank you.

I have tried several times to install AVG free to my computer.  I tried uninstalling the previous version to see if that was the problem, no I am without an antivirus program.  I am running windows 7 professional. When I get near the end of the install I receive the these error codes  0xe0010013 and 0xe001003d.  Could someone please help.
