My system: desktop (Fujitsu Siemens), Windows 10 Pro, 32 bit, x64 based processor Intel Core2Duo 2.2GHz, 4/00 GB RAM.

There si a AVG PC TuneUp installed (paid version 16.63.2.50050), AVG framework version: 1.143.2.51391

In 2 steps:

a/ uninstalling Zen was not possible through Control Panel - some "AVG Internet Security" should be uninstalled first, but it was nowhere in the panel. So I used the AVG Remover;

b/ disabling the Windows Defender.
