We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Since you have used the AVG remover tool, you can find the "AVG remover" folder on the "C:\ drive"
Please open the AVG Remover folder and then get into "bin" folder.
You can find two icons with "AVG" symbol.
Please run the second icon first which is the remover for Protection program.
Your computer will be restarted after the removal.
Once that is done please run the first icon as a administrator by right click and selecting "Run as Administrator"
The first icon is the "Zen" remover.

I get this error code when trying to uninstall AVG protection. I comes up when I tried control panel uninstallation.
When using AVG remover there is no AVG protection selectable for uninstallation only AVG Zen.
Please advise.

Many thanks for the reply. I tried your method to uninstall the apps, it did run and AVG protection/AVG are no longer showing in the running program under Control Panel. However, the AVGUI.EXE*32 is still running in the backgroung and the entire AVG folder can't be deleted in C: drive.
