I have previously had Tune up working fine. A few months ago my computer to crash and my visiting tech identified that it was an AVG tune up upgrade that caused it and removed the program advising me to download again later. I have tried several times to do this but get the above error code.
I am now even more annoyed as I have just received a renewal advise AVG are going to help themselves to my cash for something I do not have.
Any ideas?
