I tried IS 2017. As I don't like the new ZEN and also the handling, I removed it. When I try to install my old version, it is not working. It always show this error or error 0xA0010004. It also happens when I try to install PcTuneUp.
Even to repair the W10 don't work more after using the remove-tool from AVG!
After many years using AVG I am really sad and I will never more spend a cent for such products!

The thing is that the AVG remover didn't erase the AVG folder of my OS(C:) drive and that folder won't give me permission to remove it and I'm the admin

Lefteris, Actually you should only ever have 1 - AV product installed on your system!!..

The reason is the admin rights is not given to the folder.
Please follow the instructions as mentioned in this article: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb727008.aspx to provide permission to the AVG remover folder.
Once it is given you will be able to delete the folder.
I already had AVG on my machine but a pop up came on screen to download AVG 2015 which was clicked on but then the error code came and cannot update AVG or run scans
