I am attempting to re-install AVG Free AntiVirus, from your website.
I'm on Windows 7 Pro (64-bit) and no other anti-virus software has EVER been installed on my pc.  I rely on your product to protect me as advertised.

If I am right, you are experiencing this issue with installing AVG Ultimate.
Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system? If so, please uninstall it and try to install AVG Program.
