We are sorry to know that you are unable to update AVG. To fix this issue, we suggest you to delete all the old updates of AVG and initiate the update again. Please follow the below steps to delete all the AVG temporary updates:
* Open AVG –> Options –> Advanced Settings
* Expand Update –> Manage
* Click delete temporary update files –> confirm with Yes –> click OK. Click OK to close advanced settings
* Attempt to update.

My AVG internet security says it needs updating but won't update when I click on Fix Now, just gives Error Code 0xe0018d0d My licence expires in 2018. Can you help please?
When I open AVG, I get this screen - see below. Can't seem to progress beyond there.
