Hi there,
I was trying to install the AVG Internet Security after I downloaded the software from your website but somehow I couldn't proceed with the installation due to the error 0xe001c042. Any idea why? Thanks.

No I haven't, but it seems like the software had removed by itself since it had expired. The next day when I logged on my pc it asked me to re-install and activate the software if I were to continue using Trend Micro

Nina, Before even attempting to install AVG have you completely removed Trend Micro using their total removal tool?.

Hi, I have tried removing all Trend Micro software left in my pc using their total removal tool just like you asked, somehow I still couldn't proceed with the AVG Internet Security installation :frowning:

I'm trying to install the trial version of AVG Internet Security, But I have purchased the paid version from a local online store and got my product key. I've installed Trend Micro a year ago in my pc and it exprires a few days ago.
