Hi there,

Good day. I'm trying to install AVG PC Tune Up but I kee getting Error code: 0xE001C042. Any idea how to resolve this?

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. I would request you to run Tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) once and then try to install AVG PC Tuneup. Please, feel free to let me know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.
