Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to run our AVG remover tool once and then try installing AVG free antivirus.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

did you get the files as requested? If so, were you able to analyse them? I am still waiting for a response as I would like to install AVG again.

I've tried installing AVG free protection but I keep getting error code 0XE001D012 and also avgui.exe (0xc000007b). If you could kindly help. Many thanks.

Run the downloaded tool.
Click Continue to agree with AVG’s license agreement and privacy policy. AVG SysInfo will now gather the data.
Once the diagnostic output is ready, you may add comments, or click Attach file or Screenshot to provide us with extra information.
Fill in your email address, and then click Send output.
Reply to this email and let us know that the data has been successfully sent. Please do not modify the email subject. Also please share the output file name (a .zip file) here.
We will analyze the received files and provide you with further information.

I did as told. first i removed existing AVG, then deleted remover folder, then tried to install but no success
