I am having this exact problem. I have a running version of AVG Premium Security and have just bought a 2 year extension on my subscription. In my confirmation, I was told to download and install AVG Pro (Zen?). When I try to install it over my existing version, I get Error code: OxE001F90E and a message Context: Event exec-finished. This happens within a few seconds of starting the installation. Do I need to remove my current active version first?
