Error Code 0xe001F921

As we understand you have received this error message while installing AVG Internet Security, is that right? If so, it may caused due to the AVG Zen on your system.
We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG programs and then re install AVG Internet Security. It is recommended to install AVG Protection and AVG Performance which comes along with AVG Zen at last.  
Please  click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

I had a problem with AVG Internet Security stateing that a had to put my Re enter my Key Number, of which I have no record. It was purched on 2nd July 2015. Invoice Number 2902415218 dtd 13-07-2015,
Order ref 700-05600060, Order No 65754644, So far, they have not advised me of the Key No. What is going on. To complcate things, I brought an down loaded a 2 year subscription, which I have downloaded the, but when trying to install it, it comes up with Error Code 0xe001F921 saying the there is an installation alreading running. Please help

Agreed, I took out by mistake two 1 year subscriptions around the same time one of which has been refunded. I have been using the programe since, until last week when it started asking me to re enter the Key code.
Please note that I am also using the following products from AVG
a)AVG Driver Update
b)AVG PC Tune Up
c)AVG Zen, which I use on the PC, Mobile Phone and Nexus 7 (2013) tablet.

Please advise if this is causing any problems.
