Error code 0xe001f94e when installing PC Tuneup

I have used PC Tuneup for several years, no real problems. Renewed my subscription today to the new unlimited plan and proceed through the installation process but it fails with error code 0xe001f94e.
I checked out AVG support and found details on how to fix this problem. I have followed the directions, delete the downloaded installation file, download removal tool, remove old PC Tune up, delete removal tool, restart pc, download installation file again, run installation and fail again. I have done this approximately 20 times and still failing, Tried again this morning and fails again 3 times. Any new help please??  or I will cancel my purchase.  PC is running Windows 10 and as said previously, the PC Tuneup has run on this pc for several years. Also have AVG Internet Security running.

We are here to help you. We could you not find your email address. The error message (0xe001f94e) is might be because of old/previous AVG PC TuneUp traces. You can go to control panel > program and features to check if AVG PC TuneUp is already installed. If yes, please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp and try to install your AVG PC TuneUp program.
