I have just removed McAfee from my PC and I am trying to install AVG free version on windows 10 and receive error code 0xe001f94e. I have read previous Q and A which suggests installation of the removal tool at http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe but when I follow the link the message is File not found."  Could you please suggest a solution?

Raymond, Also did you download & run the McAfee total removal tool (http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp)?.
