I consistently get error code 0xe0060006 if i try to run either internet security and pc tune up. I have tried everything that i can think of to fix this, but to no avail. this code means no internet connection even though i keep a watchful eye that i do have a internet connection. I have no idea how to fix this. please help. at the moment not happy at all with this company.

I apologize for the inconvenience. As this issue is caused by DNS server used by you, it is necessary to check if DNS server on the computer and on your router are set correctly (might be changed by infection). Please follow the below steps to install AVG program.
-Please press Window key along with R key to open the Run command.
-Type "ncpa.cpl on the Run command and enter to open the Network connections.
-Now right-click on your active internet connection (this may be "Ethernet", "Wireless Network Connection" or "Local Area Connection" depending on how your computer is set up) and select Properties.
-In the Networking tab, click once on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) to highlight it, and then click Properties.
-Select Use the following DNS server addresses and then enter the following:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
-Click OK to finish.
ty guys for helping. I was able to finally download without a crash. I do however continue to experience crashes while trying to install AVG. I have turned off both firewalls, the computer virus defender. any advice on how to stop crashes while installing?
