Did you try to repair your AVG Secure VPN product and then check if it helps?

You can repair your AVG Secure VPN with the following steps:
1. Press your window key and R key together and then type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter"
2. Here you can see the list of installed applications on your PC.
3. Uninstall the conflicting VPN (If found).
4. Uninstall the AVG Secure VPN and click "Uninstall".
5. Now select repair and continue. 
6. Restart your PC.
Please try the above steps and let us know the status of the issue.

Since the last VPN update I am having a very hard time getting the VPN connected and when troubleshoot the problem a get 'Error Code 8A6ECM'

Can somebody let me know what this code means and how to fix my problem?

I am running Windows 7 Professional…

Any help would be much appreciated…
