I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.
I have been battling this issue for several days. AVG UI shows virus definitions are out of date. Have done what I believe to be ALL the steps shown in support and am unable to proceed further. I've downloaded Reset Access, downloaded AVG Remover, gone through steps found in this community and STILL not resolved. I even downloaded Kasperky free version which could not remove either. I am a paid subscriber and need this resolved as I work from home. It is imperative my computer be virus protected. I have never had such complex issues. Please advise a.s.a.p.
