Did you disable AVG protection temporarily and check to confirm if the issue is caused by AVG? If not, please right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the protection button to turn off AVG. If the issue is resolved after disabling AVG protection, please add the application to AVG exceptions list as suggested in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields .
I have just installed AVG
I currently run a kitchen software package called Articad which now, will no longer load up.
All I get now when I try to launch the program is the following pop up box
Sentinel LDK Protection System - "Unable to access Sentinel Run-time Environment (H0033)
Any ideas on how to solve this issue
