Also did you try to uninstall and reinstall AVG Secure VPN program on your PC and check if it helps?

Tried reporting it via the troubleshooting, but when it takes you to the AVG Support website and you try and login, when you return to the report the issue the website still asks you to login!!

Having looked through the FAQs and several posts relating to the same error code the standard response is…


"We'll certainly look into this & help you.
Did you receive this error code from your AVG Secure VPN program?
Could you let us know from when you started experiencing this issue?
Did you restart your computer & check if the issue persisted?
Awaiting your response."

 
Yes the troubleshooting provided the code
Started two days ago...
Restarting does nothing
