When they see your posting they'll send you an email with further instructions to be followed to get their additional support. Also when they do please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.

I've noticed, after a long Win 10 upgrade, that I had no email protection with my free version of AVG. I deceided to remove all AVG components and reinstall it, but now cannot, like many people I have read about. I cannot seem to work out what is the solution from the various contributers. I have the same Win 10 and free AVG on a laptop and that is fine. It is my desktop that I am in trouble with. HELP!
