Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of the operating system installed on your PC?
Do you have any other third party antivirus installed on your PC?

I had to do a recovery on my computer and tried to reinstall the free anti virus program. But I keep getting the eror code OXC0072710. Can any one help me with this problem so I can reinstall the program. Thank you lee
