Help? My old desktop running Windows 7 has AVG free 2015. A check today showed it has stopped. I tried to activate again - it won't. I tried to re-install it and got a notice about "Zen"? Not familiar with that. Re-install attempts keep going to 86% downloaded, then I get error code: OxE0018D32. Does anyone know what it is, and how to fix it?
