We regret the inconvenience caused and Let us work together to fix the issue. In-order to fix the issue please kindly run the below tools to install the AVG Ultimate.

AVG Clear: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe

This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.
1.Open tool
2.User Account control - click "Yes"
3.Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compatibility)
4.Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
5.Click "Uninstall"
After this please run the AVG Remover tool by following the below link.
http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe
Once the AVG clear and AVG Remover tool process gets completed, Please follow the below link to start the AVG Ultimate Installation.

Purchased the Ultimate security but every time I try and to install …the download stops at 87% and says error code 0xe001050b …a few times I restarted my laptop …please help.
