Error for try trial version

I have Free AVG Antivirus. I  want to try trial version, but when I click "Start free try" there's an error code SIT_000002 and then the message "The online content is unavailable".
But my connection work very fine. I tried to disable windows firewall but nothing change. How I can do? thanks
