Error in blocking the VPN Services

I am subscribing AVG Internet Security for 2 Window PC but VPN failed to connect to one of the PC.

The error message said that I have reach the maximum devices and need to uninstall from one of the PC in order to get connected to the VPN.

Is this a systemn error? Or my activation code was fraudulently used by some other people on top of my 2 installed PC?

How to fix this issue? Is there any AVG Tecnical Team to chat with me and fix this issue?

I do not know how to contact them as I cannot find it on Google Search.
