We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. As per our records, you have an active license for AVG PC Tuneup but not for AVG Protection. Are you trying to install a free version of AVG and experiencing issues? Please uninstall the third party anti virus you are using and run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation and re install AVG using offline installation file based on your OS ( 32 bit or 64 bit).
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG. Once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C:\ and remove it.
Somehow AVG Zen only is installed and cannot be removed. Cannot re-install AVG protection. Something went wrong when I tried to update AVG protection. I am, temporarily, using an alternative product - which I do not trust.
