Hi,
I downloaded AVG a few days ago and have been havving trouble setting it up. The file downloaded fine and when I open it an AVG Zen window appears but shows that none of the services are active. I've clicked through to instal AVG Protection but every time I do the instalation fails (sometimes after reaching "100% installed") and I get the same error report 0xE001C046. Can anyone help? Operating system Windows 8.1
