Dear Alan and Karthik,

I followed the the first link in the first reply and downloaded the file avg_antitrack_setup (39722kb) (SHA256 = fe de ed 3c be e4 87 84 71 f9 9f 25 b4 e8 b3 41 7e 71 c9 fe e9 c4 ea ee 0f 41 52 64 c3 5d ec 24). Once I try to open the file I get the following error:

Could you further assist me on how to properly install the software?

I bought and paid for AVG AntiTracker, downloaded it, but cannot install it because "error launching installer".
I use AVG AntiVirus FREE. for Windows 7 laptop. What can be wrong, and how can it be fixed?
