Are you getting the error as "Description: event exec finished" along with this code 0xC0070643?
Do you have any other third party antivirus program installed on your PC?

Help How does a non techie fix above problem.Tried to protect computer with FREE AVG 2016 for Windows 10  VERSION Keep getting error message and ZEN version to protect other devices. Only need to protect my computer from viruses, hackers, popups if possible and when surfing the net on one computer. Please advise but step by step for self taught user. Thanks MULL
