I have AVG Tune Up on two computers (Windows 7 and 10). On one (Windows 7) I've been getting this error message, 0xE001F946, whenever I try to download it. I followed the directions for Windows plus R key. However, on the computer on which I'm getting the error message, my internet connection is not showing up, even though I'm connected to the internet. Rather, three "Not connected" connections are appearing. On my computer on which AVG is working correctly, my internet connection shows up. How do I get my internet connection to show up so I can follow the steps? Thanks.
