After 300 attempts to download Internet Security 2015 for Windows 10 trying all the things stated in articles and found on support still the same. It has cost me hours after have paid for it. Also technical was useless as once logged a question it just sat going round and round and refusing to log. I will have to get a refund and more money for the time AVG and Windows have wasted by cutting out my previous which has been completely removed. By the way the so called fixed didn't work. I need help but must go to work soon so can't chat. Chat is unhelpful.
