May I confirm whether this Etsy is an website or an application?
How long you've been facing this issue?
Also kindly disable AVG Internet Security and check the issue using the below steps and let us know.

  • Right-click the AVG icon in the notification area of your Windows taskbar, then in the menu that appears, click the green slider next to Protection is ON.
  • Click OK, stop to confirm that you want to disable all AVG protection.
  • The slider turns red (OFF), and all AVG components are disabled. AVG protection will re-enable automatically the next time you reboot your PC.

When I try to go onto ETSY I get an error message - 429 Too Many Requests. I called my Premium Tech Support and the guy said to reboot it. EVERY DAY? I go on AMAZON a lot more than ETSY and have no trouble. I did an internet search and it is supposed to be fixable. I've been with AVG about 10 years and this is the first time Premium Tech Support has let me down.
