This is with the AVG Antivirus Free. 

I tried to fix this by clicking on: "Click to fix it."

This only resulted in getting :"Could not finish automatic state repair.  We weren't able to fix one or more components."  With the hyperlink: "Go online to learn more about this problem".

I went online and am surprised I did not see a solution offered on the AVG site.  I checked the list of programs that could conflict with AVG but the only one I thought might be a problem: Slim Cleaner, I did not see listed.
