when l want to connect my puclic internet, my vpn app showin an error mesage and can not connect puplic enternet. However if l first connect to my phone int. after cut and l can connect int with this app? what is the problem with that? l repaired and also removed and reinstall the app .But still l get same error mesage.By the way l have subscription to this vpn app. So problem is about what? Already we are using this app for public inthernets and this is not working this type internet.Try to help me

my app doesnt work in my phone and computer.I'm currently on the trial version. And it's pretty bad. Normally it wasn't working only on the computer, but now it's giving an error on the phone as well. VPN won't connect.l will try uninstall and reinstall but this is not the solution.

If AVG Secure VPN is still unable to establish or maintain a connection, the problem may be caused by the network policies of the Wi-Fi or cellular network you are connected to.
Please try to connect and check with different network operator or internet service provider (ISP). If you can use VPN with another operator or ISP, the issue must be with particular network only.
If you are still facing the same issue, we request you to get connected with our additional support. An email instruction has been sent which will help you to get connected with remote support.
