Error message - Installing on my second computer

I have contacted support previously.  I tried once to get my second computer up and running and all instructions failed. 

I just followed instructions again and once again I can't get passed the install of AVG Zen.  Error messge reads.  Sorry unexpected error has stopped your installation.  Error message 0x001003D.

I have deleted program from my prime system, cleaned registry and reinstalled.  No problem.
I removed any mention of AVG from second computer and cleaned registry. 
I sent new invitation to install to second system.  Still same error. 

Please - I paid for unlimited install.  I only have these two devices.  Can you just send me a link to download same Protection pro on second computer and be done with it. 

Please help.  My second computer is unprotected.
