Error message - or not?

We are really sorry to know that, you are facing this issue. Please make sure that, there are no conflicting antivirus installed on your computer that might be the reason AVG shields are being turned off.

Incase, if there no conflicting applications, I would request you to repair the AVG Internet Security and check, if the issue persist.

Everytime I start my Win10 PC, I get a screen that says, "All your shields are turned off", and offering a button to run a scan.  What's up with this?  How do I fix it?
