Hello,  after running my AVG se unity check which I purchased from you some 18 months ago, my computer won't turn back on and is showing the message below and is making a "clicking sound" -do you have any suggestions what to do.  I don't seem to have a recovery disc as it suggests 

boot device not found
please install an operating system on your hard disc
hard disc (3FO)
F2. System diagnostics

Can an you help please.  Obviously I can't visit the site they suggest as I can't use the computer.
