Jonathan, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi, this is driving me nuts. I pay for the AVG on my android phone, A STAR XTREM. I can see all the AVG stuff on my phone but when I login to the site it says there are no devices registered. But they used to be. I then received an auto email from AVG saying,
But I havent changed the SIM. I am in France and it seems perhaps SFR does change the SIM number from time to time? How can I reregister the phone? I deleted the AVG app and reinstalled it and it still doesn't recognise my device. I am tempted to bin the app as I only want it in case my phone is stolen and it doesn't recognice my phone....

Thanks for your reply Alan, but I don't have time for that as I need the app to work right now as I am travelling. I have deleted the app, cancelled my subscriptions and found a product that is a lot more user friendly. Sorry AVG.
