Hi,
am trying to install the free tune-up on my pc, but am getting the following error code: 0xe001c042.
This is the first time I have installed the program.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

This was my 1st time posting in the 'community' forum and unfortunately I received an error message saying that I didn't have the correct protocols to post to the forum, hence sending the message again; an honest mistake something which I am sure even guru's are guilty of on occasion!
Had I realised my aforementioned mistake sooner I would have deleted it as I do understand how frustrating it is, what with being a decent human being and all that.
May I suggest that next time this occurs (because it will, due to human error) you send a gentle reminder of how these things work, rather than an aggressive missive that makes YOU look silly.
