I curently have a AVG licence until 2017 for a number of computers.
I wish to activate the licence on another computer. The program on that computer is corrupt. I tried to uninstall the AVG program but was unsuccessful. I then tried to download the free version but this was unsuccessful with and the above message appeared. I followed the community suggestion of restarting the computer but this failed and the above error remains.
Any suggestions
