Error msg on start up

I tried reconnecting but nothing happened. Oh also I noticed that it says I must allow UAC but no explanation of how to do that?

I have this error msg pop up every time I start my computer.

How do I get rid of it please?

Ian, I am sorry to hear that your remote connection was dropped.
It could be due to technical issues. Please follow the steps below to disable UAC (User Access Control):

Go to Start and open Control Panel.
Open Security and Maintenance > Change User Account Control settings.
On the Choose when to be notified about changes to your computer page, move the slider down to never notify.
You can change it back once the remote session is completed.

Regarding the date of next charge, we attempt to renew your subscription 15 days prior to the original expiry date as you agreed to automatic renewal. These 15 days are added to the new subscription.

I've done this and it didnt work.
Also after I reinstalled my password protection program it no longer works.

And while we are at it I also notice that my subscription says that Next charge:
March 22, 2021. How can that be when I only bought the product a few weeks ago?
