ERROR Not able to detect LOCAL file path,please contact to support

On double clicking on AVG Antitrack to set up, it goes into black screen with separate smaller screen saying  Question mark inside red circle with underneath "ERROR" with underneath 'Not able to detect LOCAL file path,please contact to support'. My operating system is windows 10, with my browser as Firefox. Could anyone help me please.

I have sent an email containing steps to get connected with our remote assistance team. They will collect the necessary logs and a screenshot of the error from your PC. Check your inbox and spam box as well.
